How to order?

1. Click the item you want to buy.
2. Select the quantity for the item. Check for pin code serviceability. Click on ”ADD TO CART” button.
3. Next create an account to place the order. If you already have an account you can login directly to place the order.
4. Add the customer information which is required for shipping the order.
5. Discount code or gift card can be applied at the time of checkout.
6. Click “Continue to payment ” .
7. Choose payment method.
8. Click “Complete the order”
9. A confirmation email is sent to your email address that the order has been placed.

 

How long the order will take to arrive at my address?

It usually takes 4-5 working days. You will get all the tracking details via email.

 

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes , address can be changed after placing the order by emailing us on support@aelomartcom . It can only be changed before the order is dispatched.

 

What all Payment options I will get?

We have two payment options available.

1.Online Payment-AELOMART has payment services from CCAvenue payment gateway which accepts the Domestic Mastercards,Visa Credit Card,Debit Card,Net Banking,American Express, Multiple E-Wallets.

2.Cash On Delivery-AELOMART has Cash On Delivery option available on selected  pin codes only.

 

Is it safe to use credit card on AELOMART?

Yes, We have taken CCAvenue payment gateway services which is largest south Asia’s payment gateway to secure your credentials during the transactions.

 

What if payment fails and amount is deducted ?

If the payment fails and amount is deducted then in that bank will roll back the payment .

 

How do I cancel my order?

For the cancellation of order. Email us at aelomart@gmail.com. The order will only be cancelled before it is dispatched.
