International Shipment (Exchange & Return)
- USD 15 per Shipment
International Duty & Taxes
- Any charges (customs or import duties) levied on parcel after reaching destination country, must be paid by recipient of parcel.
- If customer refuses to pay import duties/ taxes / customs or any other charges implied on parcel, then once the parcel is returned to us then refund will be processed with 5-7 business days after deducting the charges implied on parcel. If charges are higher than refund value, no amount will be refunded.
Order Delivery Status
- If the order delivery status can be checked with details provided to customer at the time of dispatch.
- If order shows delivered and you have not received it, please intimate us with 48 Hours of delivery intimation received. We will check with courier partner and arrange delivery proof and provide you at earliest. Request received after 48 Hours of delivery intimation may not be considered.
- Can only be cancelled before dispatch of parcel from our end.
- To cancel order before dispatch please mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with order no.
- Cancellation will be processed within 24 Hours of request.
- Customer have to return product by themselves.
- Custom/ Duties any other charges applied on parcel at destination once the customer return/self-ship must be paid by customer.
- Products needs to be sent on Address 539, Udyog Vihar Phase 5 Gurgaon 122016 Haryana India.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery to email@example.com
- Once the Parcel is self-shipped, please share details of courier with order no. details.
Damaged / Incomplete / Wrong / Defective Order
- Please share images of order within 48 Hours of receipt of product on firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will investigate on same and best available resolution will be provided with 48-72 Hours of request received.
- Complaint raised after 48 Hours of delivery will not be considered
