RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before proceeding to return, please understand the products purchased by you meets high quality standard and goes through a rigorous process of quality check by our team of experts.

1. In spite you feel the quality doesn’t meet up to your expectation or you have    received a damaged product (mishandled during transportation), we request you to go through the Returns & Exchange policy of AELOMART listed below

AELOMART help their customer with Easy return policy and customer can return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

 For return, kindly email on info@aelomart.com with order id .

To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be

  • Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed & Unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Received package should contain all original tags and invoice
  • Product must be packed in a proper way so that it should not get damaged during transit

Once the order is received back, it will go under quality check, basis same refund will be processed.

2. If received product doesn’t meet eligibility criteria of return during quality check then same product will be returned back to customer and no refund / exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds or Exchange will be processed basis on customer request.

4. Free Exchange or Return is allowed only once per order. 

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4 business days from the date of request. AELOMART will provide a shipping label which must be affixed on the package before pickup.

In case customer is located in remote area and their Pincode doesn’t come under reverse pick up list of codes, then customer will have to send the package to us by their own.

Refund will be processed if order fulfill eligibility criteria and amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the original package is received to AELOMART.

Refunds will be processed in below two ways.

  1. If customer has done payment on prepaid basis they will receive return in their account through our payment gateway ( CCAVANENUE)
  2. If customer has done payment on COD basis, refund will be made to them via Coupons or Gift Vouchers.
